Today I went to a local shopping center with my family, and while I was there I discovered that there was this huge sale on essence products (many things were on sale for 0,95€!!!)
As I am a huge Make-Up fan, I couldn't resist and I grabbed a few things that seemed interesting. There was quite a selection of products on sale, but sadly enough many of the more desirable products were already sold out (like foundation- everybody wants that, especially for that price- or eyeshadow palettes!). Obviously I was a little disappointed about that but since there were plenty of other goodies left and I ended up being quite happy about my mini- haul!
Now here's what I got:
The first thing I picked up was this "Stay with me longlasting lipgloss" in in the shade 10 PRETTY WITTY. It is a beautiful dark purply-pink colour and it is also quite opaque. I just love it and it also smells really nice and kind of sweet. I've had this kind of lipgloss before and I've quite liked it so I just couldn't pass it up for as little as 1€! It is a bit sticky though and that is one of the downsides, but other than that it is a very nice lipgloss.
Then I picked up this "Quattro eyeshadow" palette in number 11 sea my eyes! . I quite liked the colours of this eyeshadow quad, even though the pigmentation of the shadows is not the best. But remember, 4 eyeshadows for 95 cents is such a bargain, I couldn't leave it on the shelf. I even bought a second palette to give to my cousin, since she loves make up and is always happy when I get something for her.
After I got those, I looked for nail polishes and I found this "colour & go" polish in 122 chic reloaded. It is a greyish-black color with a purple-green shimmer. I would even describe it as a holographic effect. The colour is really nice and from my experience with these nail polishes I know that they are very nice for their price, so I picked it up.The effect of the nail polish is quite hard to photograph, but in person it looks beautiful. And even though you need at least two coats of it for the nail polish to be opaque, it is not a big problem to me.
And last but not least I got something that is essential in my make up collection: a coverstick. Its in the colour 05 matt beige and it is a simple coverstick, shaped and packaged like a lipstick. It does its work nicely and the colour is perfect for me, and again it was just such a bargain that I could not leave it.
That is everything I bought from essence today! I am quite happy with my haul since I just love buying things on sale (as probably every other woman does) and I really like essence make up, since it's very cheap and nice for young women with a low budget ;)
